What a breakthrough! I've FINALLY overhauled the "ShaYne" page so that each individual album or EP has links directly its respective titles on the streaming & download platforms. No more hunting around a bunch of confusing artist profiles, trying to find the specific piece of music you're looking for. And let's face it, there are a GAZILLION different artists named "Shayne" out there, which I unfortunately did not realize thirteen years ago. That makes it really difficult and confusing to find my music using the streaming services' own search tools.

Here's what's going on: With DistroKid's distributor tools, my releases are able to go onto their own dedicated artist profile on Spotify and Apple Music. Even so, if you just search for "ShaYne," you're probably not going to find me, so you have to search for a specific album of mine before I'll pop up in your search results.

It's even worse on other platforms: Tidal can't figure out how to place my music into the correct artist profile, so any new releases under "ShaYne" are ending up in someone else's profile. On the other hand, Amazon Music doesn't separate out artist profiles at all, so my releases are lumped in with a ton of other people's. (Note: This is NOT an issue with Cellular Signal, as there is no one else with that artist name. Woo-hoo!)

Because of all the problems with my legacy artist name "ShaYne," I've spent hours making dedicated links for your convenience. Simply browse the list and click on the link you want, and you'll instantly arrive at the correct album or EP. I "officially" support Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal, BandCamp, and Amazon Music. If you use a different platform, well then, you'll have to manually search around yourself. Sorry, but I just don't have the time to keep track of every streaming service out there. Does anyone still listen to Pandora?
